Strongbow sent me the update above via email - hes doing fine but doesnt plan to return anytime soon. Not that he can as things stand. He will probably send me other things he updates an ad hoc basis

Will do - I didnt know Strongbow except as Strongbow until emailing him, so not really got a strong link there, and I know that he is still taking the occasional look at the board, so may well see this anyway.
