He is. Tiffon's his mother's name, which is why I didn't bother using it.
Though the ATP and other tennis sites I have just looked at do give the full Pol Martin Tiffon. I believe this is their common practice with Spanish names, and thus probably what others on here would default to.
So arguably potentially less confusing to fall in line, whatever your own preference / thoughts as to what they should do, SC?
But TeniSpain, the Spanish equivalent of the LTA, doesn't & that's good enough for me. Referring to him as Tiffón is arguably just as confusing.

In Spain, they usually refer to players by their father's name, eg Roberto Bautista, Pablo Carreno, but it's the player's decision whether to use one or two names on the professional circuit.
Some players (eg Rafael Nadal Perera) choose to drop a name earlier in their career, occasionally players (eg Albert Ramos Vinolas) switch back.
Most places Im looking at call him Pol (first name) Martin Tiffon (surnames) so it seems to me best to refer to him as Martin Tiffon ( as opposed to just Martin or just Tiffon ( as I did)
His Spanish club refers to him as Pol Martín. Spanish convention is to call someone by their paternal surname* in everyday use with both names used only in legal or formal situations. *Some may choose to be known by their maternal surname if their paternal name is a common name.

Well - I guess it does t matter but if the atp and ITF and tournie sites use Martin Tiffon, thats good enough for me! Well probably never see him mentioned again anyway !

Yes, to me it's just logical to follow the ATP and ITF names ( hopefully the same! - as with Pol Martin Tiffon ) for players in general. That is the least confusing approach. But hey ho, I've said my piece.
And don't the players have a say in how their name appears on the ATP site? ( and we know names are changed at times ). If they are happy enough ...

Yup it's completely up to players, and the ATP and ITF liaise with each other to ensure spellings are aligned.
