He is.  Tiffon's his mother's name, which is why I didn't bother using it.

Though the ATP  and other tennis sites I have just looked at do give the full Pol Martin Tiffon. I believe this is their common practice with Spanish names, and thus probably what others on here would default to.

So arguably potentially less confusing to fall in line, whatever your own preference / thoughts as to what they should do, SC?
