I'm just looking at the ITF junior calendar and the only 2 ITF junior events in the UK in January and February are at Liverpool.

This isn't normal - am I missing something or have the LTA cut back on hosting tournaments?

It looks like a reallocation of the budget to add a couple of grass events in the summer. There is 1 more ITF junior tournament this year than last year. The J100 Glasgow in January has been dropped and a couple of grass J30s have been added in June (Manchester) and July (St Georges Hill).
