Thats a shame, but Ryans made signs of progress and I hope he can continue in 2025.

I was following sporadically on Bet365 and the first set Ryan was broken twice to him breaking once and when I last looked it was 3-3 with a break each so it was close until that point and perhaps it won't take much for him to toughen up enough to climb into the sub 400's

Pity but Arthur Gea is good young player with a promising future.

As for Ryan hopefully he can continue progressing forward. Let's not forget just how highly ranked he has been. After the 2022 grass season, he was WR 123 based clearly not just on his great grass results that year ( he was top 200 going into the grass season ). Be interesting to see how much he can continue to travel back up the rankings.
