I voted for Henry. Great run at the tour finals.

Just realised Ive put a typo in the poll list for Cam Norrie - I cant change it without impacting poll clock timings (it resets) so will leave Cam as Can!

Can't remember what you decided, Jon, is there a December PoM?

There certainly is! After last year, when it got a little messy around Player of the Season vote at the time Hannah was doing well at the Orange Bowl event, I decided to avoid that clash again.

So there is a separate December vote (Sunday 29th Dec is the cut off) which covers the 4 weeks between now and then - it may be a sparse set of nominations, but let's see - and then Player of the Season will take place in early January and cover the whole of the 2024 season now.

Learning from last years mistakes!

ETA - the December nominations thread will go up after the Nov PoM vote has finished, so tomorrow night.

I am imagining one player is already putting their name forwards for December consideration!

Just a quarter of the way in now, roughly, time wise. 17 votes received.

With the timing of the poll being posted last night, suspect we will see a few more votes this evening.

I will pop up some scores on the doors towards the half way mark, ie around 10pm tonight.

So far, though, half the field have received a vote and 5 players have more than one vote to their name

If Emma and the BJK Cup team weren't separate entries into this vote, would the one left gather enough votes to win? Are they taking votes off each other?!

That is certainly true of my vote. I went with the team as it included Emma.

Yep. Certainly early indicators suggest it is happening

All very close!

I voted for Emma. Henry was really close for me but I thought Emma really was outstanding in focusing on working so hard on recovery in order to be able to play i the BJK cup event. It showed tremendous commitment with no great benefit to herself or her ranking, and some further risk even.

Yes, it was impressive by Emma, one for her naysayers and rather more important just very good to see. May she have a productive and uninterrupted 2025.

I was quite close to voting for Emma ( and  Henry ) but ended up going for Brooke.
