Strange how c+p can do funny things at times. I know I'd prepared that post in advance in notepad .......

Sofia was JWR #2 a couple of years ago but has been a 'disappointment' to all the Belgian fans since then

I've seen her play a couple of times - there's beens ups and downs

She's certainly agile, got good hands, and makes it hard for the opponent

C'mon, Jodie

Jodie already getting exasperated that the balls keep coming back two feet from the baseline

She needs to settle down

MTO for Costoulas - seems to have taken a long time.

 Blinkin' right

Nobody is against players being treated but I thought it was supposed to be 3 mins after diagnosis?

This went on for about 10 mins

(It's her right elbow being taped)

SF:- Jodie Anna Burrage (GBR) WR238 [WC] def Sofia Costoulas (BEL) WR298/CH=248 in January [Q] 6-4 6-3

And that takes Jodie up inside the top 200 again.

Saw most of this and thought she played really well. Even with a few decent visits to the net!!

Well done, Jodie! Really great to hear that after an initial wobble and getting frustrated, she was able to settle down and figure out how to counter what was annoying her!
