 I don't think the win is that great a shock, though certainly an emphatic scoreline. 

Jodie strikes me as a rather efficient doubles player when she puts her mind to it. With various partners she has won W100 and W75 titles in the last few weeks since she came back to action, plus indeed WTA 250 and WTA 125 titles last year.

 I was actually referring to the scoreline being so one-sided- I'm not surprised at the win itself. Jodie's doubles ranking is a bit misleading as her 256 points are made up of only 4 counters (not including this week) - she could be top 100 if she played more.
