Naiktha is slowly starting to get that ranking back. She should be in the top 500 now and putting results together to get close to where she should be. I.e inside the top 350fit

Currently ranked live at 481 (according to OER). A long way from from her CH of 199. Currently doing an AUS swing (she has family out there). Good to see her fit and playing again biggrin

I think this is one of those times the scoreline doesn't tell the whole story. 7 of the games went to deuce. 5 or them were multiple deuces. So it looks more that Emerson played the decisive points better than Naiktha being totally outplayed.

Naiktha was never going to win that unless she managed to absolutely storm the net and spook Emerson

The score could have been a couple more games, or not, but it makes no difference

The older players have to get used to losing to the 16 year-old wunderkinds, it's all part of the sport, I doubt Naiktha will be rocked in her socks

The doubles will hurt more
