Rooting for Sonay now - would be great for her to cement an aus open MD list, and hoping heather can meet her in the final, and maybe make a very last minute push herself towards the top 100?

Its been a really interesting tournament so far from the British perspective. So good seeing such a mix of up and coming established and juniors in one tournament. Did Mimi win her doubles as well?

Sonay was live ranked 100 on 699 points before today's match. Heather was 144 on 501 points and can only reach 580 points according to OER. I hope she's playing the 125's on the indoor circuit !
Jon H , what odds for Mimi beating Sonay tomorrow? I have a spare 30p without a home and I think Mimi has a chance TBH.
I have no idea ! I dont do odds or bookies Im afraid , and the tennis abstract site I follow doesnt predict / forecasts for ITF events, just main tour and mens challengers.

Mimi is certainly on a roll, she recently won the W35 in Aldershot and has been moving quite rapidly up the rankings. Like Sonay she has also had an all GB run to the QF having played Ranah and Hephzibar in the 1st two rounds. Whatever the result it should be interesting to see how Mimi adjusts to the higher level of play.
The only odds I can see are Betsafe and Betsson, not sure if they are in the UK, or directly related, the latter sounds Swedish, but as a gauge, Mimi is 4.10 in the early odds, so just over 3/1. 30p would bring you just under £1 in profit.
Edit - she's actually 9/2 or 5.5 at Bet365, a more familiar bookie.
