L16: (4) Neal Skupski & Michael Venus (NZL) CR 37 (18+19) vs Flavio Cobolli & Lorenzo Musetti (ITA/ITA) CR 524 (321+203)
L16: (PR) Roberto Carballés & Pablo Carreño (ESP/ESP) UNR (287+0 [but a CH of 16 in July 2017]) vs (3) Harri Heliövaara (FIN) & Henry Patten CR 32 (15+17)
As Liam found, and others such as Jodie, that drive into the top 100 is tough - I know it is just a number but the point is that there are a lot of good players around that level of 80's, 90's and , as you reach that level, you are starting to defend decent points from the last year - it is hard to build on that and continue to move on. It often needs one big result/week to move the dial and crash through the barrier.
Jake and Sonay are our next two battling (or going to be battling) with trying to breach the top 100 (I don't mean just once, but sustaining a position there) and it will be interesting to see if they can really drive through and stay there.
Meanwhile, Billy can look forward to qualies in Shanghai - at least he has some nice hotels to stay in, paid for the by the tournament, over these weeks in China!

Three match points saved by Jamie and John. Nice one.
Does anyone know how best to translate Harris blog to English on an iPhone? I see it in finish and when I try to select the text (which is a lot! The guy writes!) then my phone says Finnish translation isnt supported on iPhone. Is there a way of seeing it straight into English or do I just need to do it on a laptop (which I seldom have available outside work hours).

It looks like your best bet is to install the Chrome broswer, which can automatically translate whole web pages (and I think remembers that you need them translated next time you visit).
(I tried this out on my iPad, not my iPhone, but I think it should work ok on the phone)
