No, I don't think it does, but, as I rarely look at these things, am open to correction.

No, I don't think it does, but, as I rarely look at these things, am open to correction.

 Yes, the 804 live ranking for 23/09 purely takes last week's title into account. 

For the following 30/09 ranking, 4 points so far this week will take Ewen well into the 700s and another title would almost certainly see him into the 600s.

How much longer before he's getting a mention in the "top 500" thread"?

Sadly, not to be this week for Ewen, at least not in the singles:

SF:  Louis Dussin (FRA) WR 784 defeated (Q) Ewen Lumsden WR 1067 by 1-6 6-1 6-4  hmm
