Boggo gets off to a good start, was under pressure in that game but he held and now leads 1-0.

Hopefully an early break now, that'll be good.

Boggo was 0-30 on the Charpy serve but it's now 30-30. C'mon Alex, don't waste another 0-30 chance. Missed too many of those half-chances in set 2 and it cost him.

Stats after set 2:

Boggo 1st serve: 69%, Charpy 1st serve: 81%

Boggo had made in total 23 ues and Charpy had made 22

Total winners: 21 for Boggo and 24 for Charpy

Bog won 71% of points on 1st serve and 35% on 2nd serve

They show a lot of tennis...some repeats....that Vegas tourny that they sponsored was on re-runs forever which I kinda understand.  They covered Rome and Hamburg super well.  They showed the matches live then showed other matches into the night etc.


When it comes to Miami, Indian Wells and the Aussie Open, they did well in the early rounds then it went to ESPN and frankly not so much was shown so I wished that ESPN had nothing to do with it, but ESPN are in more homes etc so they have to do that.


They show more ATP than WTA, but you have both.  I didn't know who the Aussie girls were, Sally would, I didn't...but yeah I'd have walked around Sydney harbor with them holding their bags if I'd had the chance and was not happily married of course....

All games seem to be quite tight now, Boggo is 30-30 on his serve. Big point here.

4-1 Boggo....I knew it....didn't I say this above? lol....knew he'd break him and run away with it.....


I have to run off to work...doing PE with the kids....teaching American kids how to play soccer today....a thankless task....but my son's soccer team (which I coach) is off to a 4-0 start of the season....very proud here....lol
