Sadly no, but if Alex gets to the final qualies round then it'll be live on British Eurosport. Hopefully in a year's time, all the qualies matches will be shown.
Alex races through his service game to love !!! 2-3.
I just checked the tennis channel over here and they are showing two Aussie players going shopping while at the Aussie Open, shame, I'd love to see live tennis....nothing against ladies shopping though.

Alex has got to deuce on the Charpentier serve, hopefully a bp will be coming up.
I'd fancy him to beat Norman. Ok, the Belgian has that massive serve and it'll be still pretty big on clay but it will be nulified and Norman's net game won't be so effective. Alex has beaten big servers in the past eg: Karlovic. Norman's leftie serve and forehand won't be so effective against another leftie
what i find fustrating about alex is the way he is criticised about not caring. on court he is probably to total opposite of murray and keephis emitions prettty tightly hidden. do you think if he were to stomp around and shout people would think more of him?
missed a real chnace to break back there.

You can't be serious ? I thought that the Tennis Channel was supposed to show live tennis 24 hours a day !
Charpentier held for 4-2 though Alex pushed him hard in that game. Alex looks set to make it 3-4 as he's 40-15 up.

I agree but if he stomped around, then he'd be criticised for that, like Murray is. The Brits aren't the best at encouraging their sports players (unless they do really really really well and then we go over the top in that direction). They also work on the 'give a dog a bad name and hang him' philosophy and fail to see changes in a player for good or bad.
Oh well. Boggo holds. Now break

I agree with you, that definately irritates me about the LTA, all the bad publicity they've given Alex over the years. Whenever they're criticised for not producing more top players, they also manage to use it as an excuse to slag Alex off and use him as a scapegoat. Considering the amount of times they've labelled him as "an example of what is bad about British tennis" it's amazing that he is where he is in the world.
If he was like Murray, they'd just criticise him for being immature ! Different players find different ways of getting themselves pumped up on court, for some, getting really wound up on court doesn't work - the LTA need to recognise that.
