Depends which site you believe: OER who have given Noskova a penalty counter or LTR who haven't. I can see no reason why she shouldn't have a penalty counter so I'm inclined to believe OER with Katie at 30.

 OER says 30 on 1706 points with Noscova below her at 31 and 1693 points - live.eu has Noscova on 1718 ponts and WR29. I think the difference is due to mndatory counters.

Does the WTA have its own live rankings yet , on their website - like the ATP do? I use live tennis.eu as I find it easier to use and read but presumably any official website live rankings would be the correct version of the truth? Or is that naive of me!?
