Neither player can hold their serve at the moment, Elena is broken again and Hsu leads 3-2 and is 30-0 up.
Re jamatthews post: I thought that Latimer must have qualified for at least one GS, she reached about 110 in the world and when I saw her at Wimby there never seemed to be much difference between her and players ranked 50-100, unfortunately she lost a lot of very close matches there.
Re johnnylad's post: Yes, female tennis pros are getting younger and younger. 14 is believed to be the youngest so far. There are lots of 15 and 16 year old pros anow. Vaidisova reached the top 30 at just 16 !
Always feel bad for Bally coz of her health and always get worried seeing her go into a third set....hopefully she is in great condition and will take it, but she is already 3-0 down in the third...she has to break now.
Sadly it seems like Bally's fallen apart since set 1. I suspect that her fitness levels aren't up to their usual standards and that marathon 1st set probably took it out of her.

Same here Doug, Bally has to be one of the unluckiest players with injuries. Whenever she gets into good form she gets injured and she can't really capitalise. It must be so, so frustrating, having to keep going back to square 1.
Bally has 2 bps - 15-40
30-40 and play has been suspended, possibly good for Bally. She must break back here though, if she does, she has a slight chance.
