 Shame. I was half keeping an eye on the scores and Maddy/Beth were 3-0 up in set 1 and 4-1 up in set 2.

Yes, they were looking good, and then the errors crept in. Didn't make the most of their chances - eg defensive volleys rather than attacking - and the wind seemed to get up which didn't helpwith serving.
