Imagine the match is being played today, the venue is Surbiton in honour of it being the last season of grass season tournies there.
If there is a tie, I will let the vote run one more hour until midnight. If it is still tied, I will then let it run overnight until 7 am to see if any overnight votes. If still tied, then we will call it a draw and the player who won most matches on grass in the season (ie the higher seed) will get through as a sort of countback method.
Really close but got to see Nottingham as the current definer and I have voted Katie, although Emma did better at Wimbledon
Whereas I think (apart from whatever happened in that awful last match, which did seem to be at least partly injury related) Emma has risen to a much higher level over the whole season while Katie hasn't improved, so I've gone for Emma.

Well, its certainly looking like a very tight vote here and in the other one!
Looks like this tournament has woken up at the semi final stage.
With other things going on and the mismatches through the early rounds it's certainly been a slow boiler. But hopefully the business end will very much step up.
