Chicken tagine with coriander and preserved lemon
Jamie Olivers scruffy aubergine lasagne
Couscous
Stuffed peppers with chicken and rice

Commiserations on the gout I cant imagine the pain. I do hope the change in diet helps you.
Are nuts other than peanuts allowed? If so, I often use cashews or mixed nuts (which don't include peanuts, obviously! I don't actually like peanuts) as the main protein in a meal.
There's the classic nut loaf of course, but one of my go-to quick meals is a couscous salad where I make up the couscous (and let it cool) and throw in a helping of mixed nuts along with chopped-up salad/fruit like sweet peppers and (tinned) apricots, as well as some herbs. My winter version of the dish is savoury rice, where I just put cashews, sultanas, mixed frozen vegetabkes and a vegtable stock cube in with the rice as I'm cooking it.
I hope you can figure out some new recipes and get the gout (and the pain) under control without the injections.
Other grains are bulgar wheat and quinoa. Just to clarify, you wrote white fish, then in brackets lots of non-white fish. I expect white fish is OK, then try cod in tomatoes, as per Marcus wareing, lots of herbs onion and stock cubes.could also try medium fat Cheeses Mixed with onion or chives or pineapple.
Are you taking allopurinol? Good drug for dealing with gout from memories of nursing, but am now retired.
Additionally use low fat cooking spray for frying things.

Woah thats very restrictive !! Did you get some advice from a dietitian at the time as to how to maintain a healthy diet??
Not specific recipes, but I often use Jon Watts - there are hundreds of free recipes, a whole section on chicken and you maybe able to substitute ingredients to for your requirements.
Maybe take a look at recipes from Rukmini Iyer eg the Green Roasting Tin. Im not vegetarian, but got the book for Christmas and have really enjoyed trying some of the recipes. You can obtain some of them free online on the Happy Foodie

I'm not much of a cook, but I certainly second Guinness Zero - not that different from the proper (and glorious) real thing..
Thanks for the alcohol and non-alcoholic advice, but fortunately for me that's not an issue. Last time I drank alcohol was 1977. I was 15. Someone bought me a shandy. I nearly threw up. Haven't touched alcohol since.
