I don't know anything about Teresa? Is Liv playing with her regularly now? She seems to have had a lot of different partners since splitting with Barnett.

 This is their third tournament together (all in this grass court season), although they have been opponents several times. How long the partnership will last we'll have to see. They look a very good pair and have really looked the part in these two matches so far.

Yes, comprehensive 6-2 6-0 win.

Next round will (probably) be Ostapenko and Kichenok#9 seeds, unless they fail to beat Blinkova and Sherif this afternoon.
