Those draws are remarkably bad.

And a lot of points being defended by some...

Maia, Naiktha 430 - quarter final last year - 3 wins

Heather, Harriet 130 - second round last year

No worries about the others though

Liv, Lissey, Emily, Freya 10

Sam, Beth, Eden, Lily, Millie 0

Looking at the draws some players might struggle to defend zero...

The doubles start tomorrow (Weds 03/07/24).
In action are:-

Harriet and Maia - fourth on court 18
Beth and Tara - fourth on court 8
Liv and Tereza - fourth on court 14
Naiktha and Millie - fourth on court 16

I guess it'll be a case of how many windows I can fit on screen at once as these will clash with the singles.

The mixed draw should be out as well - separate thread in the men's section.

All today's matches were cancelled due to the weather delays. The order of play for Thursday isn't available yet (apart from Centre and No 1 Court).

I don't think Doubles ever features on the show courts this early in the tournament.

No, it is unusual - unless the show courts finish early and they move one match in.

Courts 5,6,7,9 and 10 are nearly all entirely doubles today, with a few matches elsewhere

Beth and Tara are easily beaten by the third seeds 1 & 2
Liv and Tereza take the first set 6-4 against the sixth seeds

Liv and Teresa led 5-2 40-30* and looked like letting it slip. There was an insane net rally they win to save game point at 5-4*, big double from Stefani gives them a third set point, and Tereza comes up with some magic touch.

Hope the money helps Tara.
