Saves the break points after a bad miss from her opponent followed by a gorgeous drop shot winner for match point, sealed with a huge serve.

Super, and maybe Marincko will realise you really should play at least one match on grass before turning up here...

Re earlier ( long ) discussions re Mika's match odds ( she was equal favourite at 1.83 in decimal odds ), bet365 now has her as a slight favourite at 1.75 vs 2.00 as she is about to start.

 It probably takes 5 minutes just to walk to the bathroom, it's a long way to any facilities.

Gutted for Millie. Goes out 6-4 in the third and she could not have fought harder. Shame, she'd have been handy favourite against a lot of other players here but that was a difficult draw.

Excited for what's to come though. A few understandable tears this evening I'm sure then head up and push on.
