There won't be a draw for lucky losers. Lucky loser places that become available after qualifying has been completed are filled by the highest ranked player on the lucky loser list that has signed in for that day, no later than 30 mins before start of play.
Thanks Lambda. So the ATP and WTA handle differently?
Would it have been different if Koepfer had withdrawn before the end of qualifying?
The rules are the same for ATP and WTA. Withdrawals before qualifying are completed are filled by a draw of the number of withdrawals + 1 from the FQR losers. Withdrawals after qualifying has finished are filled as I said before (from the FQR losers first).
I'm obviously being dense (and I'm not part of this conversation anyway) but how can you know who the FQR losers are, to make the draw, if qualifying is not completed yet?
The draw is at the end of qualifying. I didn't edit my post in time to make that clear.

Thanks Lamda. That makes sense. So someone will have pulled out of the women's event before the end of qualifying. But if Koepfer was drawn first match today, still a little strange to see Player X versus lucky loser, although his opponent could work out who he is likely to play.
