 It may be forgotten now that Mariam Bolkvadze gave Emma her toughest match when  Emma won the US Open. They played in the second round of qualifying  with Emma winning 6-3 7-5. The 8 games conceded was the most Emma lost in any match and the 7-5 set was the closest played by any of Emma's opponents.

Lily up first, Looks at first glance quite equal as Ruse is WR150 and Lily is WR147 (Lily the elder by 2 years) but Ruse has a CH of 51 and quickly
shows this by taking the first set 6-2
