A well deserved and much needed win for Harriet. She's been playing ok but not getting the wins, so nice to see her come through that one. Still defending big points from last year but that will help.

Heather now struggling - her level was so high was always going to be difficult to sustain and Bouzkova has notched it up a bit too. 6-3 *2-4

Heather got one break back but not a second, so lost it 4-6 and is now having an odd court medical.

I don't think she's going to win this but it's been a good effort. I'd love to see her pick up a Wimbledon win.

Heather playing very aggressively and rewarded with a break for 3-0*. An absolute beauty of a forehand gives her a break point but Bouzkova defends it well. She gets a second and it's saved with an ace.

Heather does everything right but loses the next two points due to phenomenal defence from the Czech. Danger of a momentum swing here.

That's a mammoth hold from Heather from break point down.

Millie had an early break, but now 5-5*. Has missed a couple of break points in a long game so far.

Hev very tight at *5-3. Broken to 30 with a horrible missed bounce smash.

Ouch. That's very rough.

 

Millie's break points misses at 5-5* proved crucial. Now 5-7 *1-2
