Still a great week. So pleased Billy got to play earlier in the day in front of a packed house. Yesterday the crowd wanted a rest after Jack's heroics and the stadium was half empty at the start.

He's really done himself proud. Well done Billy.

Yes. Very very respectable match against the world's #30

Great week for Billie

Good chance he'll be seeded in US qualis?

A good effort by Billy and a great week to even put himself in the position to play the WR 30 in the QF of an ATP500!

Great week for Billy and IMO he should certainly strike while the iron is hot and take that Eastbourne WC.

He has played for years for such opportunities and I rather doubt he will be concerning himself that he might play a few more matches at Eastbourne and that that could then effect his chances of a deep run at Wimbledon.

Billy doesn't do days off LOL.

He will absolutely accept the WC.

Fair comments! And after I wrote my initial thoughts, I did think "nope, this is Billy"!

Also Leon wouldn't have mentioned it if Billy had turned it down.

Tommy Paul looks very solid today and Jack not quite as sharp as he was yesterday - must be hard to come back after a career high moment and play the next day at the same level.

If he can keep holding serve, hopefully he can find a breakthrough

Leyhani over-ruling the Musetti served called out. Then saying it didn't affect Billy's return. How could it not?

This was a disgraceful call. It was a first serve. How can two calls between it hitting the ground and the racket not being disruptive?
