Really feel for Andy now - how can he keep putting himself through this? I really hope he gets to give Wimbledon one last go, I would miss Eastbourne if I was him and just protect himself for Wimbledon.
Not sure Olympics makes much sense (what a pairing Dan and Andy would make, youve got to see a funny side to it all) anymore, why go through all of this.
The Beeb has just shown again the pictures of him at the top of the steps waiting to go on court before the match. He appeared to be physically in trouble even then.

Some seriously top quality tennis in that first set.
Come on Jack.
Agree with that. It must be a novel experience for Alcaraz to be playing a Brit on grass in front of a partisan home crowd. And before anyone say anything, yes, I'm well aware that the Spaniard is the defending champion here, so playing on grass as such isn't a novel experience for him.
