Mr Evans hit the baseline with a winner to go up 5-2 in the tiebreak, but it was called out, to make it 4-3. He double faulted the next point and never recovered.
I've been on this board for nearly 2 decades but have never met a fellow board member.
I looking forward to watching Dan
That's a long time and needs to be put right! I wasn't there today, unfortunately but I'm probably going to be at the first day of qualifying at Queen's (Saturday week) and at Wimbledon qualifying on the Tuesday and/or Thursday. If you happen to be going to either of those, I'd be happy to come and say hello and possibly introduce you to any of the other forumites who happen to be there.

Billy in a right old scrap, nearing 3 hours, he is now 3-4 down and serving final set. Good show from Billy so far, good old fight - 3 hours on grass for 3 sets is a tussle and a half
Hes playing well I think, being aggressive. I think Kukushkin is slightly more consistent and will likely win (although doesnt seem that well) but this has been a good tournament for Harris.
QF: (WC) Billy Harris WR 201 defeated Mikhail Kukushkin (KAZ) WR 136 by 5-7 7-6(5) 7-6(4)
Fabulous win by Billy after he fought his way back from an early break down in the third set! 35 points & 7,075 euros in the bag so far, unless I'm much mistaken. He could face the South African Harris, Lloyd, in the semi.
Kukushkin has a CH of 39, so although he's obviously not at that level right now, he's probably one of the tougher opponenent Billy has beaten in terms of ability.
