I've been mulling this over overnight and I think Ella's achievements this month are worthy of a nomination if only for the purpose of noting it. I'll need to add the rankings next Sunday. Also taken the opportunity to amend Millie's entry.

1 Erin Pearce - winning the singles AND the doubles title at the J60 in Edinburgh

2 Hollie Smart - aged 14, won the Sweden J100 doubles ( wirh Ruby Cooling ) and reached the singles final, along the way beating the top seed JWR 134 plus additional top 200 and top 300 players.

3 Neal Skupski - for keeping the British flag flying at Roland Garros by reaching the French Open mixed doubles final with partner Desirae Krawczyk.

4. Emily Appleton - for exceeding expectations at Surbiton and taking out her previous highest ranked win. After the first two events on grass, has amassed 6 wins in total in qualies and main draw, more than any other player.

5. Alfie Hewett/Gordon Reid - for a fifth successive French Open mens wheelchair doubles title, and for winning their second slam of the year. Dominant.

6. Charlie Broom - his best ranking win by a long way, over WR 98 Lloyd Harris, and for his first ever win against a Top 100 player. Beating last week's champion to boot. Also beat Dan Evans and Billy Harris in reaching the Nottingham ATP 125 Challenger Final, reaching a new CH ranking of 235 as a result

7. Peter Alam - For getting his first ever ranking point and then making the QF (so far) in Tunisia.

8. Allegra Korpanec Davies - aged 16, going unbeaten in 3 consecutive weeks on grass, claiming the titles at the British Tour North Oxford (G2), the Progress Tour at Cromer and the British Tour Premier at West Worthing.

9. Eleanor Dean - returning to tennis after many years with no ranking and reaching the quarter finals of the Monastir W 15 from qualifying at her second tournament back

10. Billy Harris - for reaching semifinals in consecutive weeks in the two UK based grass court challengers and now showing at a CH ranking on live scores as a result. Wins included WR 96 Shang and WR 135 Kukushkin (twice). Topped this by reaching t last 8 at Queens for his best ever week, including beating Etchevery for his best win in terms of rankings and then Perricard

11. Fran Jones - 2 truly battling wins on Nottingham 250 grass no less, against WRs 58 and 70, took her into the QF. Made a precautionary withdrawal at that stage due to a shoulder issue.

12. Amelia Rajecki - Ranked 794, smashing her career high win (436 at Surbiton and 627 prior to this month) by beating two top 80 players (WR72 and 77 - the 6th and 9th qualifying seeds) in Birmingham as a qualifying wild card to qualify for her first WTA tour level main draw; followed up by qualifying for Wimbledon qualies through the wildcard playoffs

13. Jack Draper - for winning his first ever ATP title winning the ATP250 in Stuttgart, taking out his career high ranking in the process, becoming GB Nº1 and hopefully getting himself seeded at Wimbledon. Followed up with reaching the last 8 at Queens including a stunning win over Carlos Alcaraz for a career best win in the last 16.

14. Jake Fearnley - for winning the Nottingham Challenger 125 as a qualifier. In the process, he beat Jubb, Shang (WR 96) and Charlie Broom, and reached 7 wins in the first two events of the grass season, the most wins of any man or woman from GB (and possibly internationally). Rises to GB number 12 and a WR of 274, a new CH by a country mile, having started the week at WR 525. His full sequence of wins was against one top 100 player, two top 200 players and 4 top 300 players. Oh, and let's not forget that, for the coin toss before his match with Jubb, he had to comfort the little girl scared by the LTA's mascot!

15. Marcus Willis - for winning the Nottingham Challenger and finally, after all these years of ups and downs, becoming a Top 100 player.

16. Katie Boulter - for winning Nottingham for the second consecutive year, coming from a set down 3 times to beat Dart, Raducanu and Pliscova ( 5 sets on finals day ), enhancing her position as British #1 and almost certainly earning a Wimbledon seeding in the process. First British woman to defend a WTA title since Virginia Wade ( Bournemouth 1973-4 )

17. Andy Murray for winning in what was his 1000th professional match (having won ~74% of them) and at Queens, becoming only the 5th active male player to have done so.

18. Michael Shaw - age 25 - has been playing professionally since a teenager, plugging away, went via UK uni, I believe, and today he won the M15 doubles title in Hungary, which is his first ITF title ever, I think (And I first saw him play, in a Tour event, when he was about 16, against Adam Thornton Brown, if memory serves)

19. Ella McDonald For a new career high of [6xx] by defeating players ranked 196, 291, 158, 200 and 50, all above her previous best career win by ranking. With these wins she reached a W100 QF from qualifying and won a WTA500 qualifying match. She jumped up [2xx] places from June 10 when May points were added, backing up her turn around in form last month [that resulted in her as a nominee last month] and in which together has resulted in an increase of [4xx] ranking places from 20 May rankings.

20. Neal Skupski - for winning the Queens ATP 250 doubles title with partner Michael Venus, after a tough year to date, it was Neals first title in nearly 12 months

 We had the same thing a couple of months back where someone (one of the juniors, I think) got a nomination right at the start of the month, had a quiet couple of weeks while we got lots and lots of other entries and then the same player got a second entry near the end of the month (from the same person!) So you're not the only one who's done it! 

And oh dear, it's going to be a horribly hard choice this month. Can I have 6 votes, please?

So Jay and George won qualies matches today; and Harriet got an excellent win in Eastbourne.

6 days left for nominations this month. If we stay on 19 or 20, one single vote melee. If we get 21 or more, some sort of groups vote over semis and finals.

new Billy narrative upgrade will be needed before this week is out - maybe Charlie as well? And some other players possibly that I havent looked at in detail!
