Are doubles matches here best of 3 or 5? I noticed they are not following the no Ad rule.

Best of 3 with a MTB at 6-6 in the 3rd.

Same for all Slams since Wimbledon reduced to best of 3 last year.

Men's/women's doubles always uses Advantage at Slams. It's the mixed that is no Ad and a match tiebreak (with exception of Wimbledon).

So today we have just Luke to complete their match and Henry due to be in action; only 5 doubles scheduled as they play catch up on the singles.

Joe and Rajeev get our first win and then Luke and Skander follow it up.

Luke could rise a fair few places in the rankings with that one win, depends on how other results pan out today

I saw the second set of Joe's match. Rajeev hit a couple of screaming passes. Despite Joe getting broken they looked very sharp and in control

Slightly disappointing loss for Lloyd and Rojer, straight sets, albeit against 8th seeded pair (Max Gonzalez and Molteni); had hoped they might have a chance though.

Henry and Harri in a third set battle with the 5th seeded pair, ERV and Santiago Gonzalez

Enjoyed watching the end of that - nice win for Henry Patten & Harri

Henry and Harri beat ERV and SG for a great opening win, takes Henry up to right on the shoulder of Lloyd as British number 5, one more win and 4th.

Continue to go great guns, these two, well done on this win

Henry now just behind Lloyd for GB #4 in the live doubles rankings

Live 43. Lloyd 1900 points ( - 180 )
Live 44. Henry 1891 points ( + net 81 so far )

Harri is looking more and more like a good partner to have and a bad one to lose.

Julian and Robert lose the first set 6-4 to Dodig and Krajicek. Always going to be a tough match, this one.

Jamie and Michael V and then Dan/Andy come come later on

Julian + win the second set but a break down in the final one.

Jamie and Venus well up 6-1 2-0 and looking good.

Andy and Dan 3-4 on serve at the moment, opening set

Henry and Luke, our two form doubles players, face off in round 2 - shame, but it will be interesting and at least one pair destined for round of 16
