Wimbledon wildcards

It will be done won't it? They've just not uploaded it into the competition software as despite knowing for years this is a big event in the domestic calendar, the LTA seem intent on acting as if it doesn't exist. I'm sure it will pop up randomly at some point and then we'll spend tomorrow refreshing the draws every half hour in the vain hope it updates with results.

The draws have probably been done but the LTA are always poor at making them available publicly.

BTW, Hep has been replaced by a LL in Frinton so no doubt she'll be in the play offs.

One of the players told me at 7.45 pm that she had been told unofficially that she was in but that the draw and order hadn't been done!

Jeezo. Unless they were waiting on LJB/Roach doubles from Ilkley to see if those two would be able to play or not, but if either had gotten in or been given wildcards they could have just been replaced by alternates so no need to delay. Frustrating!

Out of interest why does Brooke Black keep getting all these wildcards?

Dunne (1) v Gillan, Drakeford Lewis v Paskauskas, Moore v Lacy, Christie v Bains (3), Grey (2) v Rajecki, Maloney v Black, Korpanec Davies v Oluwadare, Allen v Swan (4)

So on the cesspit that is Tennis Forum someone has mentioned Katie Swan is back on court. If true will she attempt the playoffs

No idea how fit Katy and Katie are, but I'd expect Dunne v Bains and Grey/Rajecki v Swan in normal circumstances

Brooke Black - does she get a load of WCs? She's the daughter of Wayne Black.
