 So far 2 seeds have gone out in FQR, 1 by retirement and there are 5 still to play. There is 1 LL spot and I'd honestly be surprised if Nadal plays so potentially 2 spots and possibly more.  I don't know what the criteria is for LL spots when there are less than 4 losing seeds but until all the matches are played it's not really worth worrying about. particularly as Billy was one of the lowest ranked left in the draw.
