Nowhere to put this - but Dan and Andy are the first non-French pair to receive RG wildcards in 2 decades!

 Marvellous, that makes me smile

Me too - just wonderful to see the 'old-timers' giving doubles a go - and the French supporting them

As the FFT didn't say when announcing it to the Brits: I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty-headed animal food trough wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!

Both Thiem and Schwartzman played their final French Open matches today. Not sure what else they plan to play but wish them both well.

Isn't Amelie involved in RG? I'm sure that she put in a good word

There you are. I suspect a strong case was put forward. And Dan gets a bonus too.

Vacherot served double fault on set point down. Umpire came down and corrected it. He then served ace and held. Billy then broken serving for set.

Yes, so so close.....all a bit unfortunate really
Although I don't think Billy really disputed it
And he missed nearly all his first serves, serving for the set
Now a TB...

Real shame about that first set

Harris lost the TB, and deservedly so

But he really had the first set before that, only a millimetre on that blasted second serve, and served for it too

But he won't give up - there's too much at stake

Did the umpire give Vacherot another first serve  following the overrule?

 Yes. The rule, unfortunately.
