Heather may well not make it to Surbiton (unless she gets a MD WC). She's yet to start her doubles and mixed doubles at RG - and not on today's schedule - so Sunday qualifying is looking doubtful.

Are they still playing? I thought Katie was already back in London.

Katie and Heather are scheduled for third match on court6 today. In fact there are ten doubles matches with GB interest on the schedule.

Does qualifying start Sunday for Surbiton? Presumably the draws are made Saturday and entries finalised today or would they be Saturday as well?

The women's qualifying sign in deadline is 18:00 Saturday with qualfying starting on Sunday. Main draw starts on Tuesday. I'm hoping for better weather next week as I have tickets for Monday and Tuesday.

Cool - does the mens work to the same schedule, ie qualies start Sunday, main draw Tuesday? And I hope you get to see some good tennis!!

LTA say qualifiers for the Lexus Surbiton Trophy will take place on Sunday 2 June, with main draw action getting underway from Monday 3 June to Sunday 9 June.

Liam is now alt 2 for main draw at Surbiton (and not needing a wild card); Arthur is into qualies now as of right, but presumably must be hoping for a wild card to the main draw?

Presumably Surbiton hold the wild cards late to see what players from the French field ask for a late entry?

Lists dropping now, for the men, Liam is directly into main draw now. Billy, Ryan and Arthur in qualies, with Charlie , Paul Jubb, Aidan Mc and Giles taking up 4 of the 5 first alts for qualies.

Again, wildcards no doubt up for each of them, but getting in direct is probably better as it frees wild cards to lower ranked players...

Women's list holding up, and I make Kawa the only player who will be withdrawn as a result of continued involvement in Roland Garros. All the others (Tan, Minnen, Zhu, Ponchet) lost their doubles today.

If Liam withdraws, Charlie broom would move directly into qualies ? Putting aside wildcards that may be allocated for the main draw?
