Feels like todays French draws might provide one or two additional British entrants into Surbiton!

The Surbiton entry is really rather interesting; outside the Brits, Perricard, who won Lyon this week, is in, and Shapo and Diallo are two others in alts or qualies who interest me.

Obviously, performances in France will impact who turns up, but looks like a good mens field.

Looking at Jodie's bruised and swollen ankle on Instagram i'd be surprised to see her in Surbiton.

Does anybody know what's going on with the Surbiton ITF entry list? They have 29 players listed in qualifying for 27 places, 27 numbered and Ann Li and Heather unnumbered and out of ranking order. Heather should be q6 and Li q14 in ranking order. If Heather and Li are in qualifying then Sonay and Katy shouldn't be or if they're not why aren't they listed in withdrawals. Similarly with the alternate list Jasmine Conway and Sofia Johnson are unnumbered and out of ranking order. If they were all GBR I would have been tempted to think it's because they have WCs but i see no reason whatsoever why the LTA would give Li a WC. What's going on?

I was looking at this yesterday and was equally puzzled - I was hoping that you could explain !

Edit - I see on the LTA website that tickets are now sold out.

Still some limited availability on centre court and ground admission when I last looked. Eastbourne centre sold out completely apart from Monday and some availability Saturday. Do you think they are holding on to see what happens at the FO?

The availability on Surbiton centre court etc. is only for wheelchair access, I believe - none for ordinary tickets.

In Surbiton doubles, Julian and Robert are top ranked entry and Luke and Skander at third.

Women's doubles entry list is out for Surbiton. Strong GB entry with 7 players in the 7 direct acceptances plus 7 in the alternates. But there are some good doubles players in the singles list so on-site entries will be crucial to determine who finally gets in.

Li seems to have pulled out, leaving just Heather not numbered for the main draw.
