Neal reached the SF here last year with his of course then regular partner, Wesley Koolhof. So that will be a 360 ranking points drop.

Coric won a round in Monte Carlo and lost his opener in Barcelona - beat Hasan in Madrid before losing to Zverev. So hes 2-3 on the season on clay, 9-10 for the season as a whole.

Jack is 3-3 on clay and 12-9 overall for the year. So Id say he and Coric are pretty closely matched on clay and generally - nothing to fear but its probably a fifty fifty match.

Thankyou, Im looking forward to his match.

Boom.

Terrible decision from the umpire to over-rule an out call on a break back point for Dan Evans in the final set. Dan incandescent. Hawkeye proves Dan right and the ball was WAY wide but the silly system on clay courts of the umpire guessing still applies for this tournament. Thank goodness they're changing it.

He got a code violation for language....
He is still ranting - awful officiating on the call.

I hate this umpire

And all he can say to Dan is 'stop screaming at me'

This is not the Queen's birthday party - if he could just do his job and call the balls properly, no one would have to scream at him

I don't like the way he fans the flames. The very best officials listen to the players, make clear decisions and calm situations. I think he enjoys the drama.

It's not good.

It is also not good to lose focus. Get it back, Dan!!

For the record, it was Mohamed Lahyani, who's experienced enough to know better.

Always felt Jamie was stronger than most Brits on clay - no surprise!

Jack D plays Med tomorrow - looks like Jack is at a new CH live ranking, 35, and only just behind Cam who is 33rd.

Hasnt read the draw before now but see if Joe and Rajeev win their opener, they face Jamie and Michael next.
