I wonder if Barcelona entries (Dodig and Skupski, Gonzalez and Roger-Vasselin) are just the players switching things up for a week. Krajicek isn't playing that week.

Not quite:  Joe & Rajeev are still in it by virtue of having a bye in the first round, but their opponents in the last 16 have still to be decided (Cerúndolo/Etcheverry or Griekspoor/Hurkacz).

Its Thursday in a one week tournament and Joe and Ram arent even on the schedule to play their first round match. Still waiting for the previous round to be completed which is only happening this afternoon.

That match to be played later today after a rest (the ALTs' match against Cerúndolo & Etcheverry lasted for an hour & 35 minutes).  The winners will face Fritz & Rune in the QF after they beat Koolhof & Mektic, the seventh seeds, in three sets (12-10 in the MTB) in their first round match.

I think Melo & Zverev's doubles match was a continuation from a previously suspended R1 match? - after Zverev's over 2 hours singles loss to Tsitsipas earlier today.
