I didn't realise she was 27.
I don't remember her at all. I know she went to uni in the states and was around at the same time as Emma Hurst, Ellie Rose Griffiths but her name never rang a bell.

Checking on the ITF site, there is no record of any juniors matches, and only one senior match prior to 2022. Makes you wonder where she was playing prior to college.

Maddy was playing in Norfolk-along with Liv Nicholls, Pippa Horn and Amy Partridge. She was Wimbledon 14 dubs National champion. It was, however, US uni tennis which, like with so many others, taught her high quality dubs. The following also went and now have world doubles rankings: Alicia Barnett, Lily Miyazaki, Holly Hutchinson, Emma Wilson, Abby Amos, Nell Miller, Alisha Reayer, Tiffany William, Katie Dyson and Bronte Murgett. Their determination to continue speaks to a real love of the game. I suspect that none have been given any support from the LTA since returning.
