Sorry to hear about your Dad, TA. Hope he has a speedy recovery and wishing you both the best.
(While we all appreciate everyone who posts draws/results/etc, the rest of life is generally far more important and no one should feel bad for not doing what they usually do here! But we also appreciate a quick update if people can manage one, so we don't worry about you!)
Thanks again everyone. As it is Easter weekend there are reduced staffing levels at the hospital with most of the clinics closed. So Dad is still in hospital and no idea if he will beseen by the physios today and released or not.
I've been posting here as I also notice the absence of regular posters as commented on by Tanaqui.
An update. Due to other health problems my father has now been placed in end-of-life care and is not expected to live more than a couple of days. He is actually my step-father (since I was 14) and as I was at boarding school and then university I only really spent a few years living full-time in the same house before getting a place of my own. So it's not quite as painful as it would be for most people. He's had a good life but is now 95 and his time has come.
As a result I will not be around a lot over the next two or three weeks but will be checking in early evening most days and posting draws and results when I can.

So sorry to hear that TA, and hope he is comfortable. Glad you are able to be with him. It brings back memories of Marjory who we looked after until a few months ago. It is a grand old age to have reached and a lot to be thankful for and remember with a smile at a hard time.

A wonderful age to live to. And, if I understand right, this was someone who was in relatively good form (for a 95 year-old) until pretty/very recently. Which is wonderful.
We can't go on for ever, and all one can wish for loved ones (biological or not) is a good life and a gentle death

Sorry to hear this, TA. I wish your father excellent care over the next few days and a peaceful passing when the time comes. And I wish you all the best as you deal with whatever tidying up of affairs is needed afterwards.
A further update. My father (step-father) slipped away a couple of hours after my last post. I had a phonecall from the hospital and got there just in time. The last two weeks have been pretty hectic, especially as we had a three night away booked already. I think everything is under control now but am still busy going through paperwork.
