FWIW, assuming Yeri Hong is still at the QF stage in her Malaysia J300, I make it that Megan has just sneaked ahead to be live #1 2011 born.
Much will change, if not this week, through the rest of the year as both ( and no douht others ) continue to progress, probably steadily replace lower rankings counters and move up the junior rankings ( Megan's 140 singles final points are more than the total of 5 of her previous 6 singles counters, so we can expect further big moves ). It is arguable anyway how much rankings matter at such young ages, but hey that's where we are right here, right now ...

Really pleased to see that Megan has been invited to take part in the Giorgio Armani Classic Junior Invitational event at the very upper-class London Hurlingham club
She'll be one of six girls - Julieta Pareja, the Penickova twins, Nana Leme de Silva, Megan and Thea Frodin
It's a beautiful place, a lot of top adult players, film stars, politicians, you can guess the sort of thing
And it serves as very good grasscourt practice for Junior Wimbledon
