A 6-0 set in mens doubles in a rarity. If there was the slightest indication of injury, I'm sure they'd have retired, so what happened!? Bizarre.
On the subject of Love sets, I am sure that I am not the first person on this board to have noticed that JD has won consecutive matches where the score line includes a bagel. Are any of the statasticians here able to say how often this occurs?
Well done Jack, 2 and 2 is a comprehensive and shows the progress he is making against a player hes had really close battles with.
Hadnt realised ADM was 0-10 v Tsitsipas; but I guess hes always said no one will beat him 11 times in succession! Seriously, if youd asked whos going to win not knowing that stat, AdM would have been most peoples call based on form.
Should be a good match with Jack! Hes also now GB #2 at live 37.
AdM and Jack have played twice before and theyve been close with similar patterns - if it follows suit, Jack wins a close opening set, AdM wins a tie break second set, before winning the match in three.
Same pattern both matches- lets hope Jack turns it round, hes older, wiser and better. But so is Alex!

Shelton plays Ruud in the other semi- good last 4 line up.

Shelton lost to Ruud in the quarters. Ruud plays Rune.
Sorry, I misread the draw on tennis abstract. Ruud v Rune still makes a quality and interesting last 4 line up. So long as the fires and smoke dont stop them playing!
