Week 7 - ATP Challenger 50 - Glasgow, Great Britain (indoor hard) - DOUBLES

Separate thread again because of the preponderance of Brits in the draw, mostly, sadly, in the bottom half & drawn against one another ( cry ).

L16:  (1) Scott Duncan & Marcus Willis CR 334 (189+145) vs David Poljak (CZE) & Harry Wendelken CR 978 (432+546)

L16:  (WC) Kyle Edmund & Henry Searle UNR (0+1536) vs (4) George Houghton & Mark Whitehouse CR 807 (484+323)

L16: (WC) James Davis & Hamish Stewart CR 1102 (497+605) vs Giles Hussey & Stuart Parker CR 980 (387+603)
L16:  Hynek Barton & Jiri Vesely (CZE/CZE) CR 1812 (470+1342) vs (2) Charles Broom & Ben Jones CR 443 (214+229)

Kyle must be feeling more up to scratch if he's willing to tackle the doubles.  smile

Scottie must have been right yesterday about Vesely's lack of fitness in his match against Henry Searle:  the Czechs have withdrawn.  The names of their alternates have still to be announced.
