Of the 4 possibilities I'd have picked Smashnova! The others were either seeded or russian and therefore good!

Smashnova has a pretty decent record on clay. I`d have preferred Bartoli or Vesnina as they seem to be lacking in form at the moment.

The strasbourg site is a joke. It took me 3 hours to load it up yesterday and I'm on the fastest broadband you can get

checked on the main wta tour site, is states under anne's match and others that it is 'to be played' .

according to the wtaworld site, they believe play is suspended.
