I'm betting that last vote came from 'Bushy'. Guessing he might be a bit biased though wink

Haha - they all count. I think Anna's Dad may also have voted in this as well, so family members for the other 5 contenders needed!!

Lol, I never expected her to win, but it is nice to get some votes. Next month I can be less biased in my vote.

Indeed - and it would be great if you can keep with the board. You have probably cottoned on that we do this each month, we typically get around 35-45 votes coming in, but the board only has around 100 regular members that come in and out most weeks. Would love to get more, every vote makes it more interesting and authentic.

We have a player of the season vote at year end - we had one just before Xmas which had 54 votes ( a record!) and Joe Salisbury ended up being our player of the season for a second time.

So lofty company! Would be great if we get to year end and Kyle and Anna both make their way into that - all the player of the month winners and runners up plus some other categories get included for a nice big vote fest!!

Just 2 hours left now, still the same order on 42 votes - one vote in it at the top.

Vote closes at 6.40pm, maybe just before (depends when I specifically set the timer, cant remember, it was within a minute or two of 6.40 - so dont chance it by leaving to the last second!).

It's always difficult to compare the achievements of our POM nominations because they are all at different levels and we have different expectations of them. So I tend to vote for the person whose performance gave me the most pleasure during the month. This month I have to agree with so many others who were equally happy to see Kyle at long last getting back to winning ways. Let's hope he can now push on to the next level.

Thanks SuperT, well put and that is often the clincher for many of us, I think.

43 votes in now, roughly one hour left.

Im going to be out of action due to a work meeting over the time I have set to close the voting - so if someone is around at 6.40pm and can call the end and announce the result for me, that would be much appreciated.

Not sure if exec assistant Tanaqui is around to do it, but anyone can, just keep to the time!

It should cut off anyway, but it would be good to call it over!

6.40pm, remember!

of note - we have twice reached 45 votes for PoM votes - Nov 2022, and July 2023.

We are 44 votes now - 2 more votes and we can achieve a new record. 43 mins to go if anyone out there hasnt voted and wants to help us get there!!

Thanks Indy - I am going to my work call shortly, which will take me through 7. You ok to close it and count it down? Relying on you to nurse us through to 46 votes, my friend!
