Week 3 - ITF M25 - Sunderland, Great Britain (indoor hard)

So pleased to see Kyle on the comeback trail and well done to Hamish for making it to the final. Hope both of them can keep it going.

I'd be interested to know more about his entourage. Who was with him?

I popped to Sunderland yesterday. The entourage Kyle has with him is ridiculous! He had an MTO for blisters in the second set and his movement wasnt great, but the sound off his racket compared to anybody else at the venue was so impressive.

Hamish did very well to win, Strombachs was very good and hit the ball very flat and heavy.

Sorry Jaffa, posted a reply without your thread.

Who was the entourage. Any idea?

Great start to the year for Kyle. Hoping this gives him the belief to move on now.

Not a clue, 5 lads in LTA tracksuits. Rusedski was also there he was the only one I recognised. Upon reflection, they all werent necessarily with him but that was how it looked! smile Hope to watch him again soon at bigger venues, it was great!

Just a reminder that Kyle is in the running for Player of the Month thanks to his performance in this event and the preceding week's event in Loughborough.

Good to know because he attended both Loughborough and Sunderland without a coach or physio. So entourage in attendance.

I suspect there will have been interest from a number of LTA people given the 3 year issue with the knee

Good stuff, Bushy/Steven, and glad Kyle is getting back to form again - we need him back at the top of the game!!

You may have seen, he is also up for our forum Player of the Month Award for January, neck and neck to win it - vote closes in 7 hours, just saying. Anyone can vote - I think one of the parents of another contender has voted!

Yes, all the best to Kyle and thank you Steven for taking the time to try and clarify things here. Interest in watching Kyle is clearly very understandable.
