Discussions took place at Aus Open about a new Premium Tour of ATP and WTA , comprising 11 to 14 joint events plus the 4 slams.

Other events would be on lower tour levels. This looks like its the Australians and Americans pushing at this stage.

This is in completion to the ATPs separate plans of acquiring the WTA tour and creating their own joint calendars.
