Jacob Fearnley

I see him making the top 20. He has something about him that just suggests he will go far. An exciting prospect.

The last junior itf title Jake won, of 4, was a grade 2 in Spain in 2018. Beat a certain Carlos Alcaraz in the final.

Beating up a 15 yo (05/05/03), well beating him 7-6(12) in the third. Jake was 17 yo (15/07/01)

Did Jake beat Sinner as well, during his junior career?

I see he's down to play qualifying at Stockhom in October. He definitely looks ready to move up to the main tour. Looking forward to seeing how progresses.

And the answer to that is yes Jake beat Sinner 3-6 3-6 but Sinner came to Tennis properly quite late on and only appears to have had a JR of 133

Probably before Mr Sinner's team discovered Clostebol.

Jack Draper posted a congratulatory tweet to Jake for reaching the Top 100 along with a great photo of the two of them.

Yeah I wondered which one was which - I say JD on the left and JF on the right.

What a lovely gesture from Jack. Hope they can be reunited now Jake is moving up to Tour level.

Never noticed the thistle cap to be honest hmm

Looks like Jack kept his hair a bit shorter and neater in those days!
