Professional tennis is such a tough sport, having to deal with injury and rehab, and being so close to success, only for another knockback to occur. Fran had done brilliantly to fight back, and get ahead in the match.

Mind you, Fiona Ferro is the player who was basically 'forced' into a sexual relationship with her coach at a young age - from the age of 15-18, I believe. He doen't deny the sex, just argues it was consensual. The court case is ongoing (rape and sexual abuse). France has a specific sexual offence of sex with a young person when you're in a position of power/responsibility regarding them.

Anyway, suffice to say, I'm really pleased when Fiona does well too.....
