With Lloyd winning a title overnight, a good crop of titles in week 1, in doubles at least.

Thanks Christine ! I think and hope we will need to add to some of these narratives as the next month progresses!

Thanks Tanaqui - I did wonder! I half expected Bob to do it and actually think Jake has the best case so far from week 1 so glad someone did it!!

I am actually, personally, going to take a step back from nominating players myself for now, I want to run the process but not necessarily influence it too much, although I may still suggest some ideas!!

Yes, I was really surprised to check this afternoon and see no one who'd been posting in Jake's tournament thread had nominated him yet.

And, ha, yes, do go on hassling/shaming us with your suggestions. They've prompted me to make a nomination or two. smile

Business end of week 2 of 4 now. Looking at our list so far, Oli C may become in need of a narrative upgrade !

Although I said I wouldnt be doing any nominating, I will make an exception for wheelchair players as and when I feel someone deserves it - largely as I dont think anyone else will and I believe someone needs to champion them! So Ill be doing that. But other , able bodied players, Ill leave to others and just prompt now and then!
