Boys & Girls: U12/U14 Junior Orange Bowl, Florida, USA (Week 50)

I hadnt realised there are 3 Korpanec Davies girls playing at this top level in the different age groups. Impressive. And the names also!

Anyone know their family background?

Great list, David

I'd looked through the girls and hadn't found any others - am particulalry interested to see how Megan does this week

But a coupld of those boys names had escaped me

Just to point out that no play has taken place yet in any of the main draws, and the forecast is not very promising for the next couple of days

A quick google suggests that they're a very high-achieving family! The mum is a sustainable energy expert in the city (she's the Korpanec) and Ophelia is an excellent skier as well as tennis player (don't know about the others). There are four of them in total, so there may even be a younger one who plays tennis. They live in London.

The under 14 girls have completed qualifying, so Ophelia's opponent is edited into the first post. According to Colette there are reasonable prospects for some main draw matches taking place later today
